Making use of Loop’s Inc. proprietary depolymerization technology, PET plastic and polyester fiber, both unrecyclable, can now be broken down into their base building blocks using low heat and no added pressure.The next step is to purify these building blocks and re-combine them into our Loop branded PET plastic and polyester fiber. What you end up with is a product that is made from 100% recycled material suitable for food-grade packaging.

Loop creates the base building blocks used in its PET manufacturing process from waste which works to reduce our dependence on carbon, leading the way to eventually creating a carbon-free economy for all.

Loop Industries’ Infinite Loop™ provides an end-to-end industrial solution to supply the global demand for Loop™ PET resin. To create a fully circular plastics ecosystem, Infinite Loop™ facilities will be located near large population centers where residents are consuming and recycling plastic.
